Cancellations less than 24 hours before the experience starts will incur 100% cancellation fees and be deemed non-refundable. Some of our experiences require good weather conditions. Should an experience be canceled due to unfavorable weather conditions you will be offered either a full refund or an opportunity to reschedule your tour for a different date, providing that there is availability. Our small group tours require a minimum of two people to depart.
